The information and statements contained on this Website are intended as general educational information and expressly not intended and regarded as legal or financial advice. National Student Servicing matches consumers with 3rd party partners in our network that may offer student debt related services. By submitting your information you agree to be contacted by partners in our network, even if you are on the state or federal Do Not Call list, to discuss your options.

National Student Servicing does not send any text messages, SMS messages, robo calls and/or automated software calling. A certain outcome is not guaranteed by engaging with these companies. Lenders may not agree to change a consumer's loan.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless National Student Debt Association (including its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third-party information providers) against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) resulting from any representations, warranties and covenants made by you herein. Your indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of this agreement. National Student Debt Association (including its parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents) reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us and you agree to cooperate with National Student Debt Association defense of any such claims. National Student Debt Association will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action or proceeding upon becoming aware of it.

How We Protect Your Privacy
